How long are your contracts?All YARPP plans are month to month unless you sign up for an annual plan.

What types of payments do you accept?You can purchase plans using a credit card and major debit cards. Currently, YARPP accepts the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and Diners Club.

Can I manage multiple websites from a single account?You can manage multiple websites from a single account. Each Site Profile has its own billing subscription. You can have each one on a different plan.

Can you help me install YARPP?Yes, we can. Our software is intuitive and we have great guides to help get you started. But if you're a premium plan subscriber and still need help, we will help you install YARPP on your site and troubleshoot any issues on priority. You may need to provide us with admin access to your site for us to help you with installation.

What's the catch? How can the service be so affordable?YARPP's service is associated with significant costs. Our Forever Free Plan is advertising supported, which helps us offset costs, while offering you a great service. You can disable the ads if you'd like, but that said, we split and share ad revenue generated on your website with you — putting money back in your pocket. So you may wish to keep ads enabled even if you're on a premium plan!

How does YARPP calculate pageviews?Like Google, we define a pageview as "an instance of a page being loaded in a browser." Each time a page with YARPP code loads on your site, we count it as a pageview.
